Lisa is a career finance professional with over 30 years of experience in institutional asset management. She has worked with  labor unions, corporate and municipal pensions, and benefit plans managing fixed income, equity, liability centric, and alternative investments.

She began her career at Torray & Company, where she was the Head Trader for $5.0 billion in AUM.  While at Torray, she actively participated in the formation of Energy Recovery Partners LP, a fund focused on the recovery of the oil and gas industry, and The Torray Fund, an open-ended mutual fund founded to serve individual investors.  She next joined ASB Capital Management, where she was Senior Vice President with responsibility for the portfolio management of a $6.0 billion index fund managing institutional client relationships and oversight of trading and operations teams for the firm.  Lisa next joined PNC Institutional Asset Management in Baltimore, where she served as Senior Investment Advisor to institutional clients domiciled in the Washington/Baltimore corridor.

Lisa is a graduate of Mary Baldwin University in her native Virginia. She has been an active participant in the business community, serving as an officer, director, and member of several investment-related organizations, such as the Mid-Atlantic Security Traders Association, the Washington Association of Money Managers, and the National Organization of Investment Professionals.  She has volunteered in her local community throughout the years, with an emphasis on youth sports, open space preservation, sailing, and her current project, Christmas in St. Michaels, which benefits numerous charities on the eastern shore of Maryland.

Lisa and her husband Peter live in the Washington DC metro area and spend as much time as possible on the waters of the Chesapeake Bay.  They have three adult children who all attended different Big 10 schools, which makes college football game day interesting in their household.
