Chad has 33 years of experience in accounting, finance, and compliance. He has held leadership roles such as Director Credit & Collections, Director Financial Services, Sr Director Compliance, and VP Financial Operations. At Rive Chad will be bringing his process control background focusing on working with our administrator and clients in premium collection and settlement tracking and distribution.
The most recent 22 years have been spent with a national publications company. Chad has extensive experience working with clients and vendors specifically in the financial arenas of Revenue Management and Credit & Collection. Over his career, Chad has led large and small teams responsible for driving revenue collections processes directly impacting and improving the bottom line. Chad also brings with him Integrated Accounting Design/Implementation experience having co-led the development and implementation of the integrated financial systems being used today by one of the largest publications distributors in the U.S.
Chad currently lives in Byron, IL with his wife of 27 years, April. They have 2 adult children ages 23 and 26. Chad coached both his son and daughter in youth sports and also spent 7 years as on his father’s football coaching staff at Genoa-Kingston High School, and an additional 8 years on the Byron High School football staff.
Chad currently enjoys spending as much of his free time as possible with family and friends at his seasonal residence on Rock Lake in Lake Mills, WI where he can usually be found boating on the lake or on a nearby golf course.
